These terms and how they change
These terms set out the agreement between you and Tropical Wins Casino for the use of this site and any account you hold with us. By registering an account, making a deposit or playing any game here, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to be bound by them.
We may update these terms from time to time, for example when we add a payment method, change how a feature works, or need to meet a new legal or regulatory requirement. Where a change affects your rights or the way your account works, we will tell you by e-mail or by a notice in your account before it takes effect.
If you continue to use your account after a change has taken effect, you accept the updated terms. If you would rather not accept them, you can ask us to pay out your withdrawable balance, subject to the checks described below, and close your account.
Other terms that apply
These terms sit alongside our privacy policy, our bonus terms and the rules of each individual game. Where the terms of a specific promotion say something different about that promotion, the promotion's own terms apply to it.
Eligibility and your account
An account with us is personal to you. Before you register, please check that each of the points below applies to you.
- You are 18 or over. Gambling on this site is for adults only. If we find that an account holder is under 18, we close the account, void any stakes and winnings, and return the deposited funds.
- You live in the United Kingdom. The site is offered to residents of the United Kingdom, and you are responsible for the rules that apply where you are when you play.
- One account per person. We allow one account per person, household, address, device and payment method. Duplicate accounts may be closed and any bonuses credited to them voided.
- Your details are accurate. Register in your own name with your own date of birth, address and contact details, and keep them up to date if anything changes.
- Your login stays with you. Keep your password and any security codes to yourself. Activity carried out with your credentials is treated as yours, so tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
- You play for yourself. You may not use your account for anyone else, accept funds from a third party, or pay in with a method that is not in your own name.
We hold a gaming licence for the operation of this site, and verifying the identity and age of our players is a condition of holding it. We may therefore ask you for information at any point while your account is open.
Verification checks
Before we pay out your first withdrawal, we ask you to complete our verification checks. These confirm who you are, that you are over 18, and that the address registered on the account is yours.
- Identity and age. A valid photo document showing your name and date of birth.
- Address. A recent document in your name showing the address on your account.
- Payment method. Confirmation that the card, wallet or bank account you have used belongs to you.
- Source of funds. Where we are required to ask, information about the source of the money you are gambling with, such as evidence of income or savings.
The documents we accept and the ways to send them are shown in the verification area of your account. While a check is open we may limit deposits, play or withdrawals. We keep our requests proportionate and handle everything you send us in line with our privacy policy.
If checks cannot be completed
Where an account cannot be verified, or the details given at registration turn out to be wrong, we may suspend the account and hold any withdrawal until the position is clear. Where age cannot be verified, the account is closed, stakes are void and deposits are returned.
Deposits, withdrawals and bonuses
Deposits
You can pay in using the methods shown in the cashier, and the method must be in your own name. The minimum and maximum amounts, any fees and the time each method takes are shown in the cashier when you select it. Your account is for gambling on this site rather than for holding or moving money, and we do not pay interest on balances.
Withdrawals
We return funds to the method you deposited with wherever that is possible. Where a method cannot receive payments, or a card has expired, we pay to another method in your own name. A withdrawal stays pending while any outstanding check is completed and while wagering attached to a bonus is still running. Processing times and the limits that apply are shown in the cashier.
Bonuses and promotions
Every offer carries its own terms, published with the offer. They normally set a wagering requirement, a maximum stake while wagering is running, which games count towards it and by how much, an expiry date and a cap on what can be converted to cash. Please read them before you opt in.
Promotions are intended for genuine play. Where an account uses duplicate registrations, low-risk or hedged staking, stake patterns designed only to clear wagering, or acts together with other accounts, we may remove the bonus and any winnings from it and return the player's own deposited funds.

Safer gambling and closing your account
Tools in your account
Gambling should stay affordable and under your control. In your account settings you can set deposit limits, turn on reminders showing how long a session has run, take a short time-out, or self-exclude from the site for a longer fixed period. A decrease to a limit applies straight away; an increase takes effect only after a cooling-off period.
GamStop allows you to self-exclude from online gambling sites licensed in Great Britain in a single step. Free, confidential advice and support are available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline. This site is for players aged 18 and over.
Closing or suspending an account
You can close your account at any time by asking us in live chat or by e-mail, and we pay out any withdrawable balance once checks are complete. We may suspend or close an account where these terms have been breached, where verification or source-of-funds information is not provided, where an account has had no activity for an extended period, or where we are required to do so. We tell you when we take that step and return the balance held, unless we are prevented from doing so.
Complaints, liability and the law that applies
If something goes wrong
Write to us at support@casinotropicalwins.co.uk or use the live chat on the site. Tell us your account name, what happened and when, and include anything that helps us look into it. We acknowledge complaints, look into them and reply within a reasonable time, and we let you know if we need longer.
If our answer does not settle the matter, you can take it to the independent dispute resolution service that handles complaints about this site, at no cost to you. We give the details with our final response and in the complaints information on the site.
Our liability
We take reasonable care to keep the site and its games working properly, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access. We are not responsible for losses caused by your internet connection, your device, or events outside our reasonable control. Where a game or a transaction malfunctions, the affected plays are void and we correct the balance. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
