Betting and Game Rules

These rules apply to every game in our lobby, on desktop and on mobile. Where a game has its own rules, paytable or help screen, those apply in addition to this page and take precedence on any point they cover.

1. You may hold one account only. Duplicate accounts may be closed, and play on them may be voided.
2. Play is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. We hold a gaming licence for the games offered here and verify accounts before a first withdrawal is paid.
3. Your account may hold a real-money balance and a bonus balance. The cashier shows which balance a stake is taken from and the order in which funds are used.
4. A bet is final once it is placed. Stakes cannot be cancelled, changed or returned once a round has been confirmed, and a confirmed round cannot be undone.
5. You are responsible for the stake, bet level and lines selected before you confirm a round, and we may decline a bet above the limits shown in your account.

Deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, time-outs and self-exclusion are available in the safer gambling area of your account. A limit takes effect as described there and does not affect a bet already placed.

Every result is produced by the game server, not by the device you play on. The animation on screen presents a result that has already been determined, so closing a game early or reloading it does not change the outcome.

• The record held on the game server is the final record of a round, including the stake, the result and any win.
• Each game's in-game rules, paytable and help screen set out the winning combinations, feature rules and maximum win for that game.
• The theoretical return-to-player figure for each game is shown in its information or help screen.
• Wins are credited to your balance in line with the paytable as soon as the round completes.
• Stakes and wins are shown in pounds, for example £500, as displayed in the game and in your account history.

A malfunction voids all pays and play affected by it. This covers hardware, software, network and game faults, and any result or balance shown in error.

Faults in a game

• Where a round is affected by a fault, the round is void and the stake is returned to the balance it was taken from.
• A win displayed in error is not payable, and we may correct your balance to the position it should have been in.
• Where a fault affects a jackpot or a shared feature, the records of the game server decide the outcome.

Lost connections

If your connection drops part-way through a round, the game server holds the round open. When you next open that game it either resumes at the point you left it or has already been settled, with any win credited to your balance. Where a round cannot be resumed, it is settled at the state recorded by the server, and your account history shows the outcome.

A bonus balance is promotional money held in your account under the terms of the offer that granted it. Those bonus terms apply in addition to this page, and where the two differ the bonus terms apply to bonus play.

• A maximum stake applies while a wagering requirement is open. The figure is shown with the offer and in your account.
• Games contribute to wagering at different rates and some games are excluded, as set out in the contribution table in the bonus terms.
• Stakes are taken from your balances in the order described in the cashier.
• Unused bonus funds, and winnings tied to them, are removed when the bonus expires.

Live tables are hosted by a dealer and run to the pace of the table. The bet types, payouts, side bets and void-round rules for each table are in that table's help section.

• Bets must be confirmed inside the betting window shown on screen. A bet that is not confirmed before the window closes is not accepted and the stake stays in your balance.
• The dealer's conduct of the round, including the call of no more bets, is final.
• Where a card is dealt in error, a result is unclear or table equipment fails, the table's rules on misdeals and void rounds apply.
• Minimum and maximum stakes are shown at each table and may change.
• Table chat is moderated, and access to it may be withdrawn for abusive messages.
